What Siffo collects, why, and what it never touches.
What this covers
This policy covers the Siffo marketing website and the Siffo WordPress plugin, operated by SIFFO INTERACTIVE STUDIO LIMITED.
What we collect
- Account details: the name, work email and newsroom of the person who signs up.
- Material you upload: the article draft, photographs, video and data files you put into a Siffo block, held only while the story is open.
- Element configuration: the settings of the elements you build, and the source files they are built from.
- Analytics: how readers interacted with Siffo elements in your published stories.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your material, licence it, or publish it anywhere but your domain.
- We do not train anything on your unpublished drafts.
- We do not add trackers or cookies of our own to your readers’ browsers through the elements.
Who can see unpublished work
Only the roles you map inside your own WordPress. Support cannot open an unpublished draft without a written request from an administrator on your account, and every such request is logged for you to read.
Where it lives
Drafts, elements and source files stay in your WordPress database and your uploads folder, on your own hosting. Siffo holds a working copy only while a story is open and drops it when the story is done.
Taking it with you
You can export every story, element and source file at any time from your own account. Deactivating the plugin leaves your published pages up.
